For more than 60 years World Vision International has been helping to address poverty and injustice among the world’s poorest communities. Today, World Vision operates in more than 90 countries and has a team of 46,000 leading experts in child health, microfinance, agriculture, and education. To build community and knowledge among executives, World Vision saw an opportunity to create a newsletter tailored to this core group and needed a design to meet its goals.
Designing a newsletter for an international audience.
World Vision’s LeadershipMatters, available in print and as an e-newsletter, reaches World Vision leaders and shares insights, builds understanding, and equips executives to lead with impact. It includes news and opinions from internal and external experts and provides tools that help leadership communicate better with staff.
The design of LeadershipMatters needed to reflect the goals of the communication and translate well across print and digital. Rmrkbl worked with the team at World Vision to develop a sleek and modern design that would draw in readers and allow for a positive user experience across channels.

The new design layout of LeadershipMatters thoughtfully embedded brand colors, photos, and infographics to capture the stories of impact and opportunities for progress. World Vision has successfully utilized Rmrkbl’s design to reach its thousands of leaders creating change.
